Captivate to replace the candidate hired free of charge if the candidate’s contract was terminated before 90 days from signing the employment contract.

Captivate shall start endorsing applicants for Final Interview within 30 days from receipt of Recruitment Requirements.

- Key Performance Indicator
- Salary Progression Guide
- Copy of your letter to prepare the Job Offer as needed
- And a signed Recruitment Agreement while your Recruitment Advisor will send you
Captivate shall bill the client ten percent (10%) exclusive of all taxes of the hired candidate’s first year starting base salary as a referral fee, only if the candidate signs the Job Offer which must be paid on the first week the talent reports for work.
